The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the highest decision-making body of the Association and comprises registered financial members. It provides the principal forum for members to collectively deliberate on matters affecting the Branch, consider the annual reports of its officers, propose motions, make resolutions, and elect new officers.

The AGM also exercises important oversight and governance functions. Its resolutions are binding on members, and it may ratify certain decisions of the leadership, consider financial and audit reports, ratify the removal of executive officers where applicable, refer matters to the State Executive Council (SEC) for investigation, and approve amendments to the governing rules subject to the required majority.
